If you can't get to the login
screen once you have received your PIN for Utility
Collections or if you can't login to Online Courts, you may
have an older browser that doesn't support 128 bit
encryption. To check this, open Internet Explorer, click on
help and then click on "about Internet Explorer". Check to
make sure it supports 128 bit encryption. Older browsers
(5.0 and lower) only support 40 bit encryption. The best
solution is to download the
Internet Explorer 6. However, if you have Windows 95,
you will have to download
Internet Explorer 5.5. Click2Gov is a very secure
system and in order to use it, you will need 128 bit
capability. Again, email the
Webmaster if you have support questions.
NOTE:
Some users are currently experiencing
issues accessing the Click2gov site. Please ensure that you
have at least
Internet Explorer version 7.0 installed.
