The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following item at the September 25, 2017 Commission meeting:
Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request from Michael Parker, R.P.L.S., on behalf of Langston Building Ventures, Ltd, for approval of the preliminary plat of South Bend Subdivision Phase Two, a 5.420 acres tract of land which lies at the end of Timber Creek Drive in the City of Lufkin and is identified by the Appraisal District Property ID number as “R94449”.
A Public Hearing to consider the request will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, September 25, 2017 at 5:00 PM.
