NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following items:
Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request by Morrie L. Apodaca, R.P.L.S., on behalf of George H. Henderson III, President of 2020 Saddle Creek Partners, LLC for approval of the final plat for the Saddle Creek III Subdivision on 13.546 acres located near the intersection of Southwood Drive and Saddle Creek Drive.
Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request from Brandt Dozier with Jacobs Telecommunications and Engineering for approval of a Special Use Permit at 506 Trenton Street for a 140 foot AT&T monopole cellular tower to be located on a portion of property described as the MADDUX SUBDIVISION, BLK 1, LOT 2.
The Public Hearing will be in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 5:00 PM.
