The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following items:

Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request on behalf of the owner of 2030 S John Redditt Dr. to change the zoning for the property from “Residential Large”, “Local Business”, and “Apartment” to a singular “Local Business” zoning district on the property described as J.A. BONTON SURVEY, ABS. NO. 5, TRACT 29.1 (6.25 ACRES). This also involves the approval of a Special Use Permit for Storage Facility – Self Service.

Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request on behalf of the owner of 1619 Henderson Street to change the zoning for the property from “Residential Large” to a “Commercial” zoning district on the property described as the STOVER ADDITION, BLK 1, LOT 1 (.44 ACRES).

The Public Hearing will be in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 5:00 PM.

The Official Zoning Map has is available for viewing in the Planning and Zoning Department (Room 255).  Staff can assist you in producing small area maps if needed at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission. They meet the first and fourth Monday of each month.
