Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request on behalf of the owner of 2132 S First Street for an amendment to the Brentwood Crossing VII Shopping Center Plan on the property described as BRENTWOOD CROSSING IX LOT 17, LOT 17 (.92 ACRES).
Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request on behalf of the owner of 718 W Frank Ave. to change the zoning for the property from “Residential Medium” to a “Local Business” zoning district on the property described as WOODLAND HEIGHTS ADDITION, BLK 7, LOTS 1, 2, & 3 AND JL QUINALTY SURVEY ABS. NO. 40, TRACT 37 (1.14 ACRES).
The Public Hearing will be in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 300 East Shepherd Avenue by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 5:00 PM.
