4. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request on behalf of the owner of 1422 S First Street to change the zoning for the property from “Local Business” and “Commercial” to a single “Commercial” zoning district on the property described as part of the JL QUINALTY SURVEY, ABS. 40 (.739 Acres). 5. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a request on behalf of the owner of 302 Mott Drive to change the zoning for the property from “Residential Medium” to an “Apartment” zoning district on the property described as part of the LANE DRIVE – MOTT DRIVE SUBDIVISION NO. 3 SUBDIVISION, BLK 1, LOT 4 (9.216 Acres). Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an ordinance amending the zoning ordinance of the City of Lufkin, Ordinance No. 3368, by amending Article XIX “Schedule of Permitted Uses” to include Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) Establishments that are not licensed or permitted by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission; providing definitions and providing an effective date.
