The Office of the City Secretary is responsible for the preparation of all Recognition and Honorariums on behalf of the Mayor and City Council. It is the desire and practice to recognize and honor citizens, organizations and institutions that reflect civic activity, pride and accomplishments.

The Recognition and Honorarium Policy outlines the policies and procedures for the bestowing of Recognitions and Honorariums. Per the policy, requests must be submitted two weeks in advance by completing the request form. You may access the policy by clicking here.
