Jessica Pebsworth was named communications director in Oct. 2020 and serves as the City's spokesperson and primary media contact. Pebsworth joined the City in 2015 as the public relations specialist for the Lufkin Police Department. She is a 2003 graduate of Lufkin High School and went on to earn a communications degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
